At Cardinia CrossFit it’s more than just CrossFit. We have 2 specialised weightlifting classes on Tuesdays 6:30pm and Saturday 9am. These classes aren’t just about learning the Clean & Jerk and Snatch. It’s more to it! Learn technique, where your weaknesses are and skills to help you move the right way. Coach V is our specialist in this area. She will give YOU personalised drills to do to HELP you!
